**How You'll Help Us Connect the World**:
We are looking for a **Quality Technician**for shift work at our Heliax Fiber facility in **Goa, India.** The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control throughout the production process. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring product specifications are met, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions

**You Will Make an Impact By**:

- Perform quality checks and inspections on fiber optic cables and related products.
- Ensure that products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and identify any quality issues during production.
- Maintain accurate records of quality tests and inspections.
- Work with production teams to ensure continuous improvements in quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct Process Audits
- Shift MRB’s & RCA’s

**Required Qualifications for Consideration**:

- Degree or diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- Previous experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or fiber optics, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts (including nights and weekends) as required.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in using quality testing tools and equipment
