Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, including site plans, layouts, and elevations.
- Collaborate with the design team to create technical drawings and specifications based on project requirements.
- Prepare 3D models and visualizations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to collect measurements, photographs, and other necessary data for design work.
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project alignment with client goals.
- Work on the development of schematic designs, design development, and construction documents.
- Support in ensuring that designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and review cost estimates for projects, including material selections and labor.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring that all design changes and updates are properly tracked and archived.
- Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and construction techniques to contribute innovative ideas to projects.
