**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable stock market solutions.
- **Customer Support**: Provide prompt responses to client queries related to stock market services, trading platforms, and account issues.
- **Account Reactivation**: Reach out to inactive clients to understand their concerns and encourage reactivation of accounts.
- **Financial Advisory**: Share basic investment guidance aligned with client profiles under company policies.
- **Cross-Selling**: Promote additional stock market products and services based on client requirements.
- **Market Updates & Insights**: Share relevant market trends, news, and trading opportunities with clients.
- **Compliance**: Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines and maintain high standards of confidentiality and compliance in all interactions.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, compliance) to resolve client issues efficiently.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets for client engagement, sales conversions, and reactivation goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Client Servicing, or Sales (preferably in Broking / Financial Services).
- Good understanding of stock market products and trading platforms.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Gujarati, Hindi & English preferred).
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of compliance and regulatory norms in the financial industry.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate (Finance/Commerce background preferred).
- NISM certification will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
