AMMA
- To monitor and receive Enquiries brought from Business Promotion Team.
- To receive, attend and coordinate with the Customers via phone call against their product requirements.
- To receive and reply to all messages of Social Platforms messages of customers against their product requirements.
- To share the technical and commercial product details for the customers during the coordination.
- To act smart and efficiently coordinate with customers to develop interest and trust on our product ensuring their satisfaction both technically and commercially.
- To invite customers of call to visit our stores at respective places.
- To greet and share Store locations, Technical brochures of the product and link of Instagram, Facebook and you tube for detailed idea and knowledge of product.
- To work consistently converting the leads to sale part.
- To keep a record of all customers, their status of purchase, sale completed and all related status updating in a spread sheet for Company's review.
- To call all customers and do maintain a continuous followup with all enquiring customers.
- To maintain all reports prominently on Company Standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
