2. Should have knowledge about different USA visa like H1B, H4, F1-OPT, Green Card, L1, L2, F1-CPT, TN, etc.

3. Contributing to streamlining the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and signing the contract.

4. You will work closely with the Account manager until the consultant is sourced by securing an IT project.

5. Utilize applicant tracking and customer relationship management systems to track and monitor progress and activity.

6. Should be able to sell the company’s contract to job seekers and convince them how it benefits them.

7. Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

8. Handling outbound and inbound calls.

9. Should be proficient in MS Office.

10. Bringing in potential consultants on W2/1099 tax terms.

11. Maintaining a database of consultant records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired consultants, and other consultants’ relationships.

**Good to have**:
1. Should have an acumen for negotiating contracts.

2. Should be intrinsically motivated and have a proactive approach.

3. Should be able to balance hunter - farmer mentality.

4. Should have strong communication and organizational skills to effectively perform activities like - prospecting, scheduling consultants’ meetings, and generating revenue.

5. Should be a natural connector; able to use your natural empathic gifts to build and develop your professional network.

6. Should be process-oriented, and goal-oriented.

We are looking for talented and highly motivated Recruiters to work from our Dehradun, India office.

Note:
1. You will work during the night shift in India (10 PM to AM IST).

2. We are a US-based recruiting and staffing company with our corporate office in Fremont, CA.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
