Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
a) Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling, communications, office layout, etc.
b) Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
d) Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conference.
e) Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventories.
f) Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
g) Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
