**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement CSR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with the company's mission and values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR into various departments, including marketing, HR, and operations.
- Identify and manage partnerships with non-profits, government agencies, and other organizations.
- Coordinate CSR initiatives such as community development, environmental sustainability projects, and social impact programs.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of CSR projects and programs.
- Prepare and present reports on CSR activities and their impact to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations regarding corporate social responsibility.
- Organize and participate in CSR events and campaigns, such as volunteer programs and charity fundraisers.
- Develop and manage the CSR budget to ensure funds are allocated efficiently.
- Promote awareness of CSR initiatives within the organization and encourage employee participation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in social work, environmental science, business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of social, environmental, and governance issues.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of CSR frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, ISO 26000).
- Experience in public relations or marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:
