**Job responsibilities**:
Business

Annual Budget Planning for his Unimarts

Completely responsible for his area budget.

Supporting EM in delivering the budget no's on monthly basis

Supporting EM on placement, liquidation and collection - monthly

Supporting EM on focus products planning and liquidation

Tracking Gofrugal implementation at his respective stores

Marketing

Tracking EM activities on daily basis

Participating/Organising farmer meetings

Tracking Unimart App utilization

Expansion

Scouting for new leads in his operational area

Supporting Expansion team on lead generation

Responsible for New Store Openings as per the given plan

**Person Profile**:
**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate in Agriculture Science.
- Post graduate / diploma in business administration

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Good communication skill, outgoing personality, capabilities to influence clients.
- Socially adept and excellent Team Skills.
- Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of field operations.
