At Hoonartek, the focus is always on delivery and value.- **HR Business Process Advisor**:Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management and business leaders, providing comprehensive HR support and solutions to drive business outcomes.
Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- **Total Rewards**:Oversee the design, implementation, and management of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition systems.
Ensure competitive and equitable reward structures that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- **Operations**:Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services and adherence to policies and procedures.
Streamline HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Audits**:Conduct internal audits of HR processes and compliance to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
- **Employee Engagement**:Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor employee feedback and conduct surveys to identify and address areas of concern.
- **HR Process and Policies**:Design, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
- **Good Practices Designing**:Identify and implement best practices in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.
Continuously improve HR processes and practices to drive organizational effectiveness.
- **Problem Solving**:Address and resolve complex employee and organizational issues with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes effectively.
- **Onsite HR and Operations**:Manage onsite HR functions and operations to ensure smooth and efficient HR service delivery.
Act as the primary HR contact for onsite employees, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
- Prior experience with HR transformation in corporate and consulting space
- Approximately 10 years of progressive HR experience, strongly focusing on HR business partnering, total rewards, and operations.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Someone who has demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience managing HR operations in a fast-paced environment, with a strong track record of driving employee engagement and operational efficiency.
