Key Responsibilities:

- Build and retain customer loyalty by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Acting as the key coordinator between our customer, our primary network provider, suppliers, and couriers.
- Answer, end, and transfer calls professionally.
- Handle inquiries, update customer details, and log cases efficiently.
- Conduct welcome calls, search numbers, and reset passwords.
- Understand and explain pro-rata billing, CPI/RPI, and overspend in various categories.
- Decipher invoices, timestamp calls, compress/convert calls, and access Quality Contro

LOCATION- GURUGRAM

DAYS—5 DAYS WORKING( 2 DAYS ROTATIONAL WEEK OFF)

FACILITY—CAB FACILITY

SALARY—HIKE ON YOUR LAST DRAWN CTC

EXPERIENCE—FRESHER AND EXPERIENCE BOTH CAN APPLY.

EDUCATION—ANY GRADUATE

NEED INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS CANDIDATE..
