**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our domestic and international tour packages
- Handle inbound queries and provide information about our services
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline
- Maintain daily call records and update client databases
- Assist the sales team by setting appointments and ensuring proper communication
- Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term engagement

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in a telecalling or customer service role (Freshers are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
- Basic knowledge of travel and tourism is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
