**Job Title**: HVAC Supervisor

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Work Location**: Kolkata & Across West Bengal
**Salary**: ₹11,000 - ₹23,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor HVAC installation works at project sites.
- Handle and guide technicians during installation of VRF, Ductable, Cassette, and Split AC systems.
- Coordinate with clients for site requirements, progress updates, and issue resolution.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
- Prepare daily progress reports and share with management.
- Manage tools, materials, and manpower at sites.
- Travel across Kolkata & West Bengal for project supervision.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years in HVAC installation & site supervision.
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical (preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of AC system installation.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and ensure timely project delivery.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.
