**Job Description: Store Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing stock, and ensure adequate stock levels to support production requirements.
- **Warehouse Operations**: Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring efficient utilization of space and resources.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Implement measures to prevent inventory shrinkage or loss.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse activities. Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse organization and cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.
