About the Role

Responsibilities- Keep datasets up-to-date and aligned between the systems- Ensuring correct data transformations and structured analysis of the cause- Should keep the relevant process documents & associated materials up to date with version controls- Work on the improvement/enhancement projects/initiatives to improve utilization of the dataset (look for automation, wherever possible)- Testing search capabilities and reviewing customer experience with the database- Frequently Data health check-ins to ensure its quality assessment & monitor it- Ability to work with stakeholders/vendors & Publishers across the location

Requirements- Have any bachelor’s education with a minimum of 4 years of experience- Have profound knowledge of working with big datasets & publication standards/evaluation/production of Books- Have great analytical and problem-solving skills, able to quickly understand complex processes- Have a good understanding of data analysis (e.g., SQL), data workflows, and tableau/databricks- Have good programming skills (e.g., Phyton, Perl, KNIME) to create advanced insights into data- Have good communication, be assertive, & build rapport within or across teams
