You’ll be at the heart of crafting seamless, visually appealing user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. Your designs will drive user engagement and enhance user experiences, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to gain insights into needs, behaviors, and pain points, shaping the design strategy.
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI designs that captivate users.
- Ensure your designs are responsive, accessible, and meet industry best practices and standards.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to align design with technical and business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by testing designs, gathering feedback, and refining experiences.
- Build and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
- Clearly communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, with a passion for delivering intuitive and delightful experiences.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your creative UI/UX design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows is a bonus.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
