Junior Architect - Devalaya Architects

**Location**: Zirakpur, Punjab (in‑office or hybrid)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Developing 3D models and renderings using software like SketchUp, lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
- Conducting site visits and surveys as required.
- Assisting in material research and specification.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 0-1 year of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction techniques.
