Store Keeper

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to established procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary to avoid shortages or excess.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and update inventory systems.
- Conduct periodic physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage of products to maintain their quality and safety.
- Organize the store or warehouse to maximize space and improve accessibility.
- Label, tag, and mark products to ensure easy identification.
- Issue and dispatch goods as per requests from departments or customers.
- Ensure that orders are correctly packed and shipped in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Check the condition of stock upon receipt and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the safety of stored items.
- Handle hazardous materials and other goods according to proper safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of stock movements, transactions, and returns.
- Provide regular inventory reports to management, highlighting any stock issues or trends.
- Update inventory systems and databases with accurate information.
- Keep the storage area clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with other departments to meet the organization’s needs.
- Communicate with suppliers for reordering materials and resolving any stock issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
