Job Title: Marketing and Sales Intern

Location: Onsite

**Salary**: ₹6,000 - ₹10,000 per month (Performance-Based)
Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Sales Intern to drive client acquisition and engagement for our website solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, marketing creativity, and sales acumen. You will play a key role in building sales funnels, strategizing outreach, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities

Sales and Client Engagement:
Develop and implement sales funnels tailored to specific business categories (e.g., restaurants, boutiques, fitness trainers).

Conduct lead generation through research, cold calling, and outreach campaigns.

Schedule and conduct product demos to showcase our solutions to prospects.

Gather feedback from potential clients to refine our offerings.

Marketing and Outreach:
Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract businesses.

Leverage social media and other channels to increase visibility and engagement.

Assist in designing promotional materials and content for marketing purposes.

Collaborate on strategies to improve conversion rates and client retention.

Reporting and Strategy:
Track and report on sales and marketing metrics, providing insights for improvement.

Work closely with the team to develop innovative strategies for client acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Sales Funnels: Understanding of funnel strategies and how to optimize for conversions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Problem-Solving: Creative mindset to address client challenges effectively.

Self-Motivation: Strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets.

Basic familiarity with tools like CRM software, Excel, and Google Workspace is a plus.
