Job Overview: As a Creative Content Writer & Manager at Pearle Productions, you will play a crucial role in shaping the narrative and identity of our brand across social media and YouTube platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling and shareable content that resonates with our target audience, ultimately driving engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
**Content Creation**:Develop creative and original content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Generate engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and other written content for the company's website.

**Social Media Management**:Plan, schedule, and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posts.
Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and audience feedback, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to create visually appealing and shareable content.

**YouTube Channel Management**:Conceptualize and create video content for Pearle Productions' YouTube channel, considering trends and audience preferences.
Optimize video content for searchability and engagement on the YouTube platform.
Regularly analyze video performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.

**Audience Engagement**:Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions on social media and YouTube.
Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, subscribers, and overall audience engagement.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, production, and design, to align content strategies with overall business goals.
Work closely with influencers and content creators for collaborations and cross-promotions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
