Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Shopping Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with business goals and target audiences.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to improve targeting.

Develop engaging ad copy and visually appealing creatives tailored to each platform.

Manage campaign budgets and monitor pacing to ensure efficient spend.

Regularly track and analyze KPIs including CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Rates.

Execute A/B testing to drive campaign performance improvements.

Provide performance insights and optimization recommendations through detailed reports.

Stay updated with ad trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in running digital ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and campaign optimization.

Proven track record of driving ROI and performance-based results.

Proficiency in ad performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.

Creative and analytical thinking with a detail-oriented approach.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

Bonus Points If You:
Hold certifications like Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.

Have experience running Amazon ads.

Bring new ideas to ad strategies and creative execution.

Are up-to-date with platform trends, ad policies, and best practices.
