**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the POC during domestic ‘off hours’ and a) acknowledge Critical and High severity issues, and b) begin to remediate such issues
- Provide Level 2 support: Acknowledge Method’s awareness of an identified issue; execute the runbook and update both the client and Method’s domestic engineering leadership as remediation activities progress
