**Job Title**: Accounts Executive
**Department**: Finance & Accounts
**Location**: Anna Nagar East
**Reports To**: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support external auditors with documentation and queries
- Manage petty cash and monitor cash flow
- Assist with tax filings and statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Good understanding of financial and accounting principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent (optional but preferred)
- Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance requirements

**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary Range**: 20,000 - 25,000

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
