- Generate leads through Direct sourcing for the Loan Against Property and Business Loans.
- Achieve assigned business targets and create relationships on ground to ensure steady inflow.
- Report to the Area Business Manager and manage all customer acquisition for the territory assigned.
- Adhering to the highest ethical standards and complying with applicable regulations
- Any Degree with minimum 1 years experience in sales - preferred
- Experience in Direct Sourcing will be preferred.
- Result oriented with a passion for achieving stretch targets
