1. Assistant Senior Architect
- 8-12 years experience - 2 openings

2. Assistant General Manager - 12 - 15 years experience - 1 opening

3. General Manager - 15-20 years experience - 1 opening

**Criteria**:

- **Location**: Pune.
- **Education**: BE (Architect) / ME (Architect) / MBA
- **Experience**: 8-20 Yrs.(Architect)
- **Salary**: 35,000 - 1,25,000 per Month
- **Nature of Job**: Full Time

**Key Skills**:

- Design Co-ordination
- Drawing Co-ordination
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings for Commercial /residential projects
- working closely with a team of other professionals such as building project engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
- specifying the requirements for the project
- adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
- playing a part in project and team management
- travelling to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings

**Salary**: ₹35,000 - 1,25,000 per Month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
