We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, cold calling, and referrals.
**Client Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
**Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing how our offerings can address their specific needs and add value to their businesses.
**Negotiation and Closing**: Collaborate with clients to understand their budget, timeline, and purchasing criteria. Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
**Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to the sales manager on the status of leads and deals.
**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and lead generation efforts.
**Post-Sales Support**: Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support for clients, fostering long-term relationships.
**Sales Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar role in education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and navigate challenges.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the products/services you'll be selling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
