- Maintain regular communication with parents on student progress.
- Participate in PTMs and school functions.

- Participate and contribute to literary clubs, school events, and inter-school competitions.
- Mentor students for debates, elocutions, essay writing, etc.

**Detailed Job ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities**
- Teach English to Classes IX, X, XI & XII in accordance with CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare question papers, conduct exams, and evaluate answer scripts.
- Use various teaching aids such as smartboards, audio-visual content, etc.

**Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain students’ academic records.
- Submit lesson plans and teaching reports to the HOD/Principal.
- Assist in documentation and report preparation for school inspections (e.g., CBSE affiliation, audits).

**Extracurricular Involvement**
- Coordinate or lead activities related to English - e.g., Literary Week, Drama Clubs.
- Encourage students’ participation in creative writing, journalism, and inter-school competitions.

**Communication**
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
- Collaborate with other staff members and contribute to departmental meetings.

**Professional Conduct**
- Adhere to school policies and dress code.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards expected of an educator.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
