**Role and Responsibilities**:
Tour Planning and Design: Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and preferences, and designing customized tour packages accordingly. This involves selecting suitable destinations, attractions, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to create appealing itineraries.
Supplier Management: Identifying and establishing partnerships with suppliers, such as hotels, transportation providers, local guides, and activity providers. Negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring high-quality services and competitive pricing from suppliers.
Itinerary Execution: Coordinating and overseeing the execution of tour itineraries, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services. This includes managing transportation logistics, coordinating accommodation check-ins and check-outs, organizing sightseeing activities, and addressing any issues or emergencies that may arise during the tour.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring high-quality services and customer satisfaction throughout the tour experience. This involves conducting regular quality checks of suppliers, monitoring customer feedback, and implementing corrective actions to address any service deficiencies or customer concerns.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Assisting in budgeting and cost control efforts by monitoring operational expenses, optimizing resource allocation, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of services.
Risk Management: Assessing potential risks associated with tour operations, such as health and safety concerns, travel disruptions, or natural disasters. Developing and implementing risk management strategies, including contingency plans and crisis management protocols, to minimize operational disruptions and ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to tour operations. This includes obtaining necessary permits and licenses, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, and adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service throughout the tour experience. Responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues or complaints, and ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
Team Coordination: Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tour operations. Sharing relevant information, providing operational support, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving tour operations processes and procedures. Identifying opportunities for streamlining operations, implementing technology solutions, and enhancing efficiency to drive operational excellence.
As an operations executive, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and successful execution of tour operations, delivering exceptional experiences to clients while maintaining high operational standards and efficiency.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
