**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English language and literature to students of Classes 6 to 8 as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare interactive lesson plans and activities that support skill-building in reading, writing, speaking, and grammar.
- Encourage participation in literary and language-based co-curricular activities.
- Provide academic support and conduct remedial sessions as needed.
- Supervise students during residential prep time and ensure discipline and support.
- Assist in organizing school events, language competitions, and cultural activities.
- Take part in residential school duties such as student care, dormitory supervision, and mentoring.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in English along with a B.Ed. (mandatory).
- 2-4 years of teaching experience at the middle school level (CBSE preferred).
- Prior experience in a residential school is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and engaging with adolescents in and beyond the classroom.
