**Sales & Marketing Executive - Real Estate**
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities for commercial and residential spaces.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends to identify potential customers and competitors.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project management, finance, and legal, to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing activities.
Preparing and presenting sales proposals, contracts, and other documents to clients.
Analytical skills to conduct & manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.
Able to handle multiple projects & locations simultaneously.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or construction industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to commute and having a valid driving license.
Working knowledge of Ms Office.
**Compensation**: We offer a competitive salary package as per the industry standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹8,852.65 - ₹20,000.00 per month
