**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Campaigns**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote our real estate properties and services. This includes both online and offline initiatives.
- **Content Creation**: Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, articles, and property listings, to attract and engage potential buyers and renters.
- **Market Research**: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for marketing strategies.
- **Lead Generation**: Work on lead generation initiatives by identifying potential clients and maintaining a database of leads. Follow up with inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing and promoting real estate events and open houses. Ensure that these events are well-attended and effectively marketed.
- **Marketing Materials**: Help design and produce marketing materials, brochures, flyers, and other promotional collateral.
- **Data Analysis**: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies for better results.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and potential leads, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent education).
- Strong passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior marketing experience required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
