Job Description: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Maintenance (CNC, VMC)

Location: Roorkee

**Salary**: Gross ₹50,000 per month and above

Functional Area:
Maintenance of CNC/VMC machines, all conventional types of machines, and heat treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) to the expected level.

Possess in-depth knowledge of maintenance systems, procedures, and basic awareness of electrical and electronic gadgets used in CNC machines.

Conduct mechanical maintenance of machines and implement technical improvements in CNC/VMC machines.

Enhance machine productivity through re-engineering and reduce cycle times.

Undertake improvement projects to manage and maintain more than 100 CNC/VMC machines.

Exhibit leadership qualities and team-building skills.

Be well-versed in autonomous maintenance practices.

Qualifications Required:
Diploma or B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (ME).

**Experience**:
10-15 years of experience in the Auto Ancillary industry.

Reporting To:
Unit Head

Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with ISO TS-16949/IATF standards.
