**About the role**

Clean Tech Controls is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our team.

This role is a remote position and opened to full-time or part-time hours.

**About the Role**
- Management of the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoicing, receipting, and reconciling payments.
- Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Manage accounts receivable and take appropriate actions to collect outstanding balances.
- Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support.

**About You**
- You are in the process of completing or have completed a degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.
- Past experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Xero.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work promptly.
