**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our digital marketing services and generating interest.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through engaging conversations. Gather key information to assess potential client needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Acquire a solid understanding of our digital marketing services to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for field sales representatives with interested prospects.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through consistent and strategic tele-calling efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the digital marketing sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle rejection positively.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
