**Job Title**: Service Incharge

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Job Summary**: The Service Incharge will oversee the service operations of cooler products, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance, repairs, and customer support. The role involves coordinating with service technicians, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Service Management**:

- Supervise and manage the service team, including technicians and support staff.
- Schedule and assign service tasks, ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
- Monitor service requests and prioritize based on urgency and customer needs.
- **Customer Support**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to product performance and service issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and feedback collection.
- **Inventory and Spare Parts Management**:

- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components for repairs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement of parts and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, usage, and reordering needs.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks on completed service tasks to ensure adherence to
