We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Print Mafia. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually captivating designs for a variety of print materials that align with our clients' brand identities and objectives. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to delivering exceptional results that leave a lasting impact.

**Responsibilities**:
Conceptualize and Design:

- Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for various print materials, including business cards, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional items.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into creative design concepts that effectively communicate their message and meet their marketing goals.
- Collaborate with clients and the internal team to refine design concepts, incorporating feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.

Brand Identity and Consistency:

- Maintain a deep understanding of clients' brand identities, style guides, and target audiences to create designs that accurately reflect their brand image.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes across all print materials to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.

Graphic Production and Pre-Press:

- Prepare print-ready artwork files, ensuring correct file formats, resolutions, color modes, and bleed areas to facilitate seamless printing.
- Collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate production of designs and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the printing process.

Market and Design Trends:

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and printing technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to our clients.
- Continuously improve design skills and techniques, leveraging new tools and software to enhance productivity and creative output.

Time and Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to prioritize tasks, meet project deadlines, and contribute to a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a print or marketing agency environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation for print.
- Creative flair and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
