- The Project Execution platform is among the largest Polarion installations in the world. It provides all Siemens Services projects with capabilities to describe processes for Solutions by integrating BPMN and Scenario modelling capabilities. The platform includes Siemens Advantedge Agile Framework (AAF) template. It also includes SAFe and Agile templates.

As a Tester, you are responsible for maintaining the overall quality of the Internal software products developed by the team. You will:

- Be responsible for providing specialist Verification / Quality Assurance expertise by consulting, advising, recommending Verification / Quality Assurance solutions based on own experience and industry best practices.
- Lead the architectural design elements relating to Verification / Quality Assurance solutions to address business requirements. Provide input for Verification / Quality Assurance related process design, process integration and process change activities affecting a combination of multiple systems, including non-Siemens DI software systems, as necessary.
- Work under self-management within project/program and/ or task constraints and will provide input to define solutions, methods and procedures on assignments.
- Guide and advise other architects and consultants within projects / programs, on design, configuration and deployment of Verification / Quality Assurance solutions.
- Contribute to Community of Practice for own area of specialist knowledge, by sharing of knowledge and lessons learnt.
- Adopt usage of templates in own specialist area and provide input to best practices and templates.

- Identify and Implement Testing best practices in the project.

**Primary Skills**
- Deep knowledge & rich experience of Testing Domain
- Exposure to different types of Testing like Acceptance, Integration, System, Regression, UAT
- Test Management Tools experience with Polarion
- Problem solving appetite

**Secondary Skills**
- Conversant to Advantedge, Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Exposure to test automation is desirable
- Exposure to Performance testing is desirable

**Required**:

- Minimum 3-7 years in Testing ALM/PLM domain with good understanding in solution design and architecture
- Engineering degree from a reputed university.
- Proficient usage of English with an ability to write documentation concisely Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to drive verification of complex implementation projects and see them through to the end.
- Demonstrate good knowledge in understanding requirements management, test management and ALM solutions
- Review and consult on complex projects with a large component in own expert domain.
- Understands common software testing principles and lifecycle
- Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
