Some of the steps we undertake include regularly visiting our farmers & farms, conducting random internal checks on our produce, and working to maintain transparency in our entire operations process.

**About the job**

We're looking for a high-performing creative and efficient individual to help us meet our customer acquisition and growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Closely collaborating and working with the core team in a high-paced start-up environment, you will be responsible for crafting marketing plans and executing them. The scope of work defined highlights the broad range of responsibilities we would like you to take. We are keen on finding someone who is self-motivated, hardworking, and entrepreneurial.

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Lead digital marketing efforts across all platforms
2. Run creative ads and manage spending online and offline
3. Create content (across platforms) and product marketing plans
4. Manage website content, listings, and blogs
6. Market Analysis and Targeting
7. Manage on-page and off-page SEO
8. Responsible for Marketing metrics - AOV, CAC, LTV & Customer Retention

1. BA degree, or equivalent

2. Strong Communication & Creative Skills

3. Relevant work experience in the same or related field

4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

5. Excellent communication skills - proficient in English, conversational Hindi/Marathi
