**Job Title**: Graphic Designer (UI Designer)
**Experience**: 2 to 4 Years in UI/UX Design

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs** to enhance user experience.
- Utilize **Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch** to craft visually appealing designs.
- Stay updated with the **latest UI/UX trends** for **iOS and Android** platforms.
- Ensure a strong **visual hierarchy, typography, and layout alignment** across all designs.
- Develop and maintain a **strong design portfolio** that showcases creativity and UI/UX skills.
- Provide graphical support for **blogs, websites, and social media** platforms.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **2 to 4 years** of hands-on experience in **UI/UX design**.
- Expertise in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator**.
- Strong understanding of **grid-based layouts, responsive design, and UX best practices**.
- Experience in **prototyping, sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, and mockups**.
- Knowledge of **modern design patterns, UI trends, and digital technologies**.
- Experience in **Agile development** methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with **developers, stakeholders, and business teams**.
- Strong **typography skills** and the ability to optimize images for web and mobile apps.
- Working knowledge of **interaction design and micro-interactions** to enhance UI engagement.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong **presentation and research** skills.
- Excellent **verbal & written communication** skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
