**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a results-driven **Meta Ads & Social Media Growth Executive** to lead and manage our paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and drive organic page growth. You will be responsible for generating quality leads for our online degree programs and increasing genuine engagement on our page.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategize, create, and manage **Meta ad campaigns** focused on lead generation.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for **better ROI and CPL**.
- Grow the company’s social media pages with **genuine, relevant followers**.
- Use insights to **build engagement** through reels, posts, and stories.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure **brand consistency**.
- Track lead quality and work closely with counselors to **ensure conversions**.
- Stay up to date with trends, algorithm changes, and Meta policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **Meta Ads Manager** and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of **audience targeting, pixel tracking**, and remarketing.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with **education or career counseling domain** is a plus.
- Creative mindset and ability to suggest engaging content ideas.
- Experience in **growth hacking and organic page development** is preferred.
