Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding products and provide them with information on product features, pricing, and availability.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, displays, and storage areas.

Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate quantities and inspecting for damages.

Stock shelves and arrange merchandise displays according to store guidelines.

Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies to the Store Manager.

Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Follow store policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service.

Assist in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation standards.

Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a retail environment preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
