**Job Title**
Legal Associate

**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
**Legal Support**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, case summaries, and filings.
- Provide legal advice to internal teams on compliance and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research on various issues related to agriculture, technology, intellectual property, and corporate law.
- Support litigation processes by preparing legal documents and coordinating with external counsel when necessary.

**Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Assist with ensuring company compliance with industry regulations, laws, and internal policies.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure the business stays compliant.
- Help in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.

**Corporate Governance**:

- Assist in maintaining corporate governance practices and regulatory filings.
- Manage intellectual property (IP) registrations, renewals, and enforcement activities.

**General Legal Assistance**:

- Provide general administrative and legal support to the legal department.
- Manage and organize legal records, ensuring timely retrieval and secure storage.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: A Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a similar legal role, ideally within a corporate or tech-driven environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Indian laws, including contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Remuneration**

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
