As our Backend Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing a range of administrative and logístical tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our backend office. Your duties will include:

- Performing defined tasks as per company processes
- Making appropriate changes to any documentation(excel, ppt, word), as & when needed.
- Organizing paperwork, maintaining records, and managing correspondence with other teams within the company.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the company's databases and systems.
- Preparing reports and other documents as required by the management team.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, while tracking and reporting on performance and recommending actionable improvements as necessary
- Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists, work flows ,SOPs,).
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assisting in other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
