**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Guide students in clinical practice and research projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, academic content, and assessment tools.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluations as per university norms.
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities.
- Promote student engagement through workshops, seminars, and academic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with college and regulatory academic standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) in **Neurology**, **Pediatric**, or **Community Health** from a recognized university.
- Strong academic background with good communication skills.
- Teaching or clinical experience (0-3 years preferred).
- Commitment to academic excellence and student mentoring.
