Managing Product and process development, Nutrition profiling, claims development, shelf life testing, manufacturing use.
- Preparing Sop’s for new product development
- Managing the production related activities.
- Preparation of work completion notes for tests, and documents forproject approval as per FSSAI standards.
- Create technical strategies to meet customers technical and businessneeds.
- Responsible for maintaining and update of current and futureproducts’ reports.
- Co-ordination with other departments for product development andprocess analysis.
- Developing & managing time-lines, budgets, and productdevelopment activities.

Skills Needed:
Project management & data interpretation skills.
Proficient with use of the Internet, MS outlook, MS office - including

word, excel and power point

Knowledge of food science, process technology and good understanding of nutrition & food regulations.

Good understanding of working with laboratory equipment/tools. Ability to Innovative new ideas and problem solving techniques.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
