**Job Summary**:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to cutting-edge projects, creating immersive worlds and realistic character animations.

**Key Responsibilities**:3D Environment Creation**: Design, model, texture, and light 3D environments that are visually compelling and optimized for real-time performance.

**Character Animation**: Create high-quality, lifelike character animations using a combination of keyframe and motion capture techniques for both gameplay and cinematic experiences.

**Modeling & Texturing**: Develop detailed 3D assets, including environments, props, and characters, using Autodesk Maya, Adobe Substance 3D Painter, and other 3D modeling tools.

**Rigging & Skinning**: Rig characters and other 3D models for animation in Maya and/or iClone, ensuring proper deformation and functionality.

**Real-time Rendering & Integration**: Work with Unreal Engine to integrate assets and animations into real-time environments, ensuring optimal performance and visual fidelity.

**Collaboration & Iteration**: Collaborate closely with the art and development teams to ensure assets meet the artistic direction and technical requirements of the project.

**Character Creation**: Use Reallusion Character Creator to design and customize realistic and stylized characters for various projects, from games to films.

**Quality Control**: Ensure the highest level of quality and consistency across all 3D assets and animations, adhering to project timelines and technical specifications.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Autodesk Maya for 3D modeling, animation, and rigging.
- Strong experience with Reallusion iClone and Character Creator for character animation, rigging, and creation.
- Expertise in creating high-quality textures and materials using Adobe Substance 3D Painter.
- Solid understanding of Unreal Engine for real-time rendering, asset integration, and game development workflows.
- Experience with motion capture integration and refining character animations.
- Knowledge of industry-standard animation principles, including character movement, weight, and timing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 3D environments and character animation work, showcasing creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with Unity and other real-time engines.
- Experience in PBR workflows and optimization for real-time environments.
- Knowledge of shader creation and material setups in Unreal Engine or similar tools.
- Experience with ZBrush or similar sculpting software.
- Ability to create VR and AR content using Unreal Engine or other platforms.
