- **Customer Data Management**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from customers to help improve the quality of service and identify areas for improvement.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call-related targets.
