Role: Influencer Marketing Associate

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Working Days: Mon - Sat

Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

Work Mode: WFO

Maximum CTC**:3.6 LPA**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to promote Bhanzu's math learning programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, bloggers, and online content creators.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create effective campaigns and track influencer performance.
- Develop outreach strategies to onboard new influencers and monitor their content to ensure brand alignment.
- Analyze influencer campaigns, providing regular reports on performance metrics and engagement.
- Research industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of influencer marketing strategies.
- Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0-6 months of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
