Content Creation:Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative written content for websites, blogs, articles, social media, and other digital platforms.
Research and gather relevant information from credible sources to support content creation.
Create content that aligns with the organization's goals, target audience, and SEO guidelines.

Stay updated on industry trends, news, and best practices to produce relevant and up-to-date content.

Writing and Editing:Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content.
Edit and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, and style.
Ensure content adheres to the organization's brand voice and guidelines.

SEO Optimization:Incorporate relevant keywords and phrases into content to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
Optimize meta descriptions, headings, and other on-page elements for SEO.

Audience Engagement:Create content that resonates with the target audience, encouraging interaction, sharing, and comments.
Respond to comments and engage with the audience to build a community around the content.

Content Strategy:Collaborate with the content team or manager to develop content strategies and editorial calendars.
Suggest ideas for new content and improvements to existing content.

Adaptability:Tailor writing style and tone to match the target audience and content type, such as informative, conversational, persuasive, or technical.

Deadline Management:Meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Feedback and Improvement:Act on constructive feedback to continuously improve writing skills and content quality.
Stay open to learning and adapting to evolving industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in a digital marketing or content marketing role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools.
- Creativity and the ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and writing tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends (a plus).

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
