**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication until conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign effectiveness.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and customer responses.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.

**Compensation**
- Fixed salary with performance-based incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
