**MIS & Data Reporting Executive - Manufacturing Operations (Excel, JavaScript, AppScript)**

**About the Role**

We are looking for a technically strong and analytical **MIS & Reporting Executive** to join our operations team in Kolkata. This role is central to driving data-led decision-making by building robust dashboards, automating reporting functions, and maintaining data accuracy across production and manufacturing operations. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging advanced tools to optimize workflows and improve business intelligence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, automate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards for operations and production
- Create scripts and automation tools using **JavaScript** and **Google AppScript** to streamline MIS processes and internal workflows
- Analyze operational data for trend identification, variance analysis, and forecasting insights
- Collaborate with production, QA, and logistics teams to validate datasets and ensure process-level accuracy
- Use **Advanced Excel** (macros, pivot tables, charts, VBA) and Google Sheets for performance tracking and decision support
- Maintain clean, version-controlled, and audit-ready reports in compliance with internal standards
- Support ERP integration, and contribute to developing lightweight custom reporting solutions using SQL queries and APIs where required
- BCA, MCA, or B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification
- **2 to 4 years** of relevant experience in MIS/Analytics in a production or manufacturing environment
- **Proficiency in JavaScript and Google AppScript** is mandatory
- Mastery of **Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, macros, VBA)** and Google Sheets
- Comfortable with data cleaning, transformation, and visual representation
- Working knowledge of databases and **SQL**:

- Exposure to ERP platforms, or tools like Power BI / Tableau, is an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (preference for ISC English-medium background)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and driven to simplify complex processes through technology
